Payments

For payments by bank transfer, the goods will be sent after being credited to our bank account (2-3 working days).

For all payments made by credit card, returned items credit will always be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase. All transactions are handled by the Unicredit bank.

It is an additional service only for Italian customers who want to pay by check or cash, the cost is calculated automatically by the system, applying 1% of the taxable amount of the order with a minimum of €5.00.
